Staff, especially Assistant General Manager Sam, was unhelpful and rude, with poor lighting in the bathroom. The hotel's location and lack of parking convenience were major downsides. No refund was offered despite the negative experience.

There were also two desks, one large and one small, perfect for working from. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring my needs were met. They even checked in to see if I wanted extra coffee during my stay. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the Capitol Building and National Mall. The room was very clean and we loved everything about the hotel. The restaurant downstairs was very helpful when it was raining, and the washer and dryer on the second floor was great. Being on the 7th floor offered a fantastic view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even mailing back a sentimental item we left behind. a highly recommended stay!

The double room I stayed in was so cozy with a lovely tiled floor and a super comfy sofa. The air conditioning was a game-changer on hot days, and having a tea/coffee maker was just heaven for a caffeine addict like me!
